I was blessed with an amazing career in the professional beauty industry where I was focused on salons for 13 years with a 20 year follow up with two international haircare companies as director of sales for the United States. I "retired" in 2014 to serve as contractor on our home in the Appalachian mountains. That did not last long as I returned to the work force in 2016. Covid gave me the push to leave a stressful job and move to something I am very passionate about: people and helping those who cannot help themselves. I now work with Catholic Charities Atlanta and I love our mission! I also serve with Partners of Pickens Pets helping the animals.
We are very active at our parish. Jay ushers and I lector at Our Lady of the Mountains in Jasper. We live on 17 acres with 6 cats and my sister, Kim and her son live a few acres away.
Life is beautiful and quiet in our little town of 66!

I love that I still am in contact with my friends from Kindergarten through Middleton. My ventures with Terri and Joan are priceless! I look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.
