Darryl Lee Summers

Graduated from University of Virginia (B.A., 1967); University of Maryland (1974, M.A., Ph.D.). Employed by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services in Washington, DC (1976-2004). My family relocated to Hawai'i in 1970. I returned to Hawai'i as a resident after retiring and now live in Honolulu, also spending some months in Washington, DC each year.
