I've made my life in Argentina. Married twice, got divorced twice, single since 2000. I've worked and studied much, always interesting things (linguistics, methodology of scientific research), have worked for a state university for 26 years, now editing a science journal and teaching occasionally. I also write poetry, love music and enjoy art and travelling. I've visited the USA several times but only once went back to Charlotte, in 1971. Hope to do it soon again! I Would love to visit MPHS!
School Story:

I attended to MPHS only as a Senior. I could hardly made myself undestood and could not understand a word in English on my first week. Many students were very friendly and some of the teachers too, what really helped me. Otherwise it would have been painful... It turned to be a great year! My host sister Marcia Hill made me an Ambassador. I was very proud to belong to the club and to do community service. I got to admire the American culture and society very much throu that. Would love to meet my Ambassador friends someday!

My AFS Host sister Marcia Hill Smith came over to Argentina for a quick tour NorthWest and NorthEast! We visited Buenos Aires, Salta and Jujuy Provinces, took the Train to the Clouds, then went to the Iguazu Falls and spend a few days in Paraná City, at my home, with part of my family. Lovely visit!
