20 Year Reunion

Welcome! 

The South Meck 20 year reunion will be taking place 10/21-10/22 in 2011. The main event is on Saturday night, 10/22, and will be held at the Holiday Inn Center City, located in the heart of downtown Charlotte. The official reception will take place from 7 to 11 p.m., with a probable afterparty for those who aren't too tired.

To attend the main event on Saturday night, you will need to register for a nametag. Each nametag will cost $65.00 if you pay between now and April 30, 2011.  If you pay between now and the event, your cost per name tag will be $75.00. 

If you need to cancel for any reason you can do so up until October 1st. You will be given a full refund except for the processing fee. After October 1st, no refunds will be given.

As you can see, there is no reason to procrastinate and pay later. Furthermore, paying early will not only save you money, but allows us to plan a better reunion by having funds available for deposits.

The reunion will include heavy hors d'oeuvres, at least two or three cash bars, drink tickets for each registration, video stations, and plenty of music and dancing. We have negotiated a special room rate of $99.00 per night at this upscale Holiday Inn. Be sure to ask for the South Meck Reunion discount when booking and do this before 9/19/11 to get the discount.
