Many of you will remember Oliver from McClintock, and Matthews. He passed away while we were at McClintock. He has surely been missed through the years. Died way too young.
Thank you for remembering Oliver. I have often thought of him, in his wheelchair, coming out before the student body at McClintock as his name was called to become a member of the Junior Beta Club. Such bravery, such grace
I so appreciated the posting about our unforgettable classmate, Oliver Clark, who was taken from us far too soon. As soon as I read the article, I burst into tears as my memory of him is still so vivid. All who knew him were so blessd to call him friend. Oliver was brilliant, compassionate, funny, gracious, athletic, sensitive and an incredibly courageous and special human being. I felt so honored that he allowed me to visit him when he had grown quite ill. His brilliance and example still shines as a beacon for all of us. Shine on, dear friend.
