Mary Alexander Yon

I graduated nursing school and work various positions. I officially retired in 2010 after my husband of 32 years died. I live in Rock Hill SC where we moved in 1980. We moved to San Diego in 1988-1991 when my husband took a contract job with a nuclear power plant. Our boys were 5&8 so we really enjoyed all that Southern California has to offer.

My high school years are pretty non descriptive. One of my best friends was Becki Miller but sadly I noticed she is on the deceased list. Another friend I hung out with a lot was Marion Hoffman and I sure hope she comes to the reunion. I would love to catch up with her.
One of my earliest memories was entering the 9th grade and we were under the honor system with Mr Pittman the principal. We were not even allowed locks on anything. Everything and everybody was respected. By 12th that was all gone.
I too graduated with folks from elementary school (Oakhurst) and jr high (McClintock and Randolph Rd). Also from church (Oakhurst Baptist)
