Kathryn Adams Brady, age 64, of Charlotte, NC passed away peacefully at home on March 6, 2021 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

Kathryn was born on April 11, 1956 in Greenville, SC and moved to Charlotte when she was three years old. She attended Myers Park High School. Kathryn then attended Lenoir Rhyne College where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Business and was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority.

Kathryn began her professional career at Harris & Wright as a computer programmer. In 1980, she went to work for North Carolina National Bank currently known as Bank of America where she worked for twenty years. Kathryn was a Vice President working as a personnel systems manager in corporate personnel. After taking a few years off to be with her children, Kathryn finished her professional career working in Piedmont Natural Gas’ personnel department as a technical analyst.

Kathryn was preceded in death by her parents William E. Adams and Margaret H. Adams. She is survived by her husband of 38 years Steve Brady, daughter Meredith Agnew, son-in-law Blake Agnew, son Adam Brady, daughter-in-law Danielle Brady and grandson Weston Brady.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 from 6-8pm at McEwen Funeral Service located at 5716 Monroe Road in Charlotte. Funeral service will be held at 11am on Thursday, March 11, 2021 at Christ Lutheran Church located at 4519 Providence Road in Charlotte with burial following at Sharon Memorial Park.
