John Wall Obituary

John Dillard Wall, Jr. passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023. He was born in Charlotte, son of the late John Dillard Wall, Sr. and Sara Adeline Wall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Wall.

Mr. Wall is survived by his wife, Deborah Wall; his sisters-in-law, Yuvonne Jones and Cheryl Wall; his nieces, Angela Tyrell (Jim) and Sam Wall; his nephew, Erik Wall (Christina); his great-nieces, Claire Tyrrell, Kaylee Wall, and Maycee Wall; and his great nephew, J.B. Tyrell.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Wall will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 28. 2023, at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church, 1117 South Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28203. The family will greet guests from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour, on Friday at the church. Burial will be held on Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, 4426 Central Avenue, Charlotte, NC 28205.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church and may be designated to the general fund, Camp Ridgecrest fund, or College Scholarship fund.
