We have worked carefully to keep the cost as low as possible so everyone can come. The $52.50 fee for attending, however, does not cover the entire cost of the event. So, if you are able, we do appreciate donations to help cover our expenses. Several of us are providing significant up front and continuing monies. Any surplus will be used for future reunion set ups.
Our tentative menu should suffice for dinner for most and includes:
country ham biscuits shrimp mousses cheese/fruit/veggie boards
crab dip chicken wings tarragon chicken salad croissants
meatballs and sauce shaved beef on baguettes veggie dips
lemon balls various cookies chips
Cash bar prices:
bottled beer $3
liquor $4
premium brand liquors $5
wine $4
Interested folks may want to go to restaurants on the downtown mall for after party gatherings, though they shouldn't need dinner.
Earth, Wind, and Fire will be in concert at The Pavillion on the east end of the Downtown Mall beginning at 8:00 and some folks might want to go together to that after our party.
Registrations at the door will cost $62.50 each. Due to expense committments there can be no refunds after August 17.
