Jim Sodergren

After graduating from Chatsworth H.S., I attended BYU and, following graduation, my work experience started in photography, then cabinet making, onto working in most construction trades and now real estate in Roseburg, Oregon. My construction background instilled in me a need to do well planned, well executed, quality and concise work. I still work part time in construction, doing handyman type repair jobs. I enjoy the challenge of making repairs on homes or doing something cosmetic to make a home more appealing to the eye. It helps keep me active and fit, and it keeps me in touch with homeowners, who may become my real estate clients, and the home improvement industry. I also enjoy the change of pace of being out of my office for several hours.
