The 66 PMC Cadet College Board.

The PMC College Board (founded in the fall of 1964), had two classmates, George Graner 66 and Gerry Johnson TKE 66, both high ranking Cadet Captains in the Corps.
The Boards function was to express views and opinions of the Corps of Cadets, represented by 6 members of of the various classes.
The Board would meet with Colonel Smith (The ARMY Commander of PMC'S ROTC Program)and his ROTC staff periodically.
My question..."Did anything you recommended help us"?
