I am currently retired after many years of working at different companies. I started my career as a keypunch operator at Bankers Life and Casuality. Later,I worked for Helene Curtis Industries as a control clerk, report distribution administrator and scheduling administrator. I decided to retire in 2003 after working for a law firm for a few years.
My son Dan is a graduate of DePaul University and works for the Railroad Retirement Board. He and his wife Donna have three girls and currently reside in Crystal Lake, Il. In his spare time, he is an Illinois High School basketball referee.
My daughter Donna graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University and a Master's degree from National-Louis University. She is a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools. Her husband Frank also works at the Railroad Retirement Board. We live in Chicago in the Gladstone Park neighborhood where we share a two-unit building.
I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. We have taken many family vacations and visited many interesting places throughout the United States and Canada.
