Dear Hirsch Alumni,

I hope that everyone has received the Hirsch Newsletter in good graces and in anticipation of the “ALL 90’s” reunion. We have made some decisions regarding our upcoming alumni weekend. I realize that June, 2009 seems distant, but we all know how time flies. I really hope that everyone will make their best effort in attending this event.

Since this is our first year, I am still collecting information from everyone. So please continue to forward information regarding anyone that attended Hirsch through email (hirschclassreunion@yahoo.com) or by calling Tremaine at 773-593-6299. I have planned a weekend of excitement, good times, and fun. The dates of the reunion are scheduled for June 26-28, 2009. So mark your calendars, save the date, and book your vacations for this weekend.

The cost for the 3 day event will be $175.00 per alumni, and $145.00 for each guest. This cost will include 4 meals, beverages, disc jockeys, photographers, memorabilia, banquet halls, alumni t-shirts, etc. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this amount, please feel free to contact Tremaine any time.

A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $35.00 per person is due by August 18, 2008. This amount will guarantee your place at the alumni reunion weekend. Of course this amount will be deducted from the reunion weekend fee. After August 18, 2008, I will only accept deposits if there are remaining seats available. All payments (check or money order) can be made to Hirsch Class Reunion. Please use the enclosed self addressed envelope along with the deposit slip to send your payment. If you choose to pay in cash, it will have to be done in person only. You will need to call Tremaine in order to make arrangements.

Once you have paid your deposit, you will receive a detailed registration form to be completed and returned at your earliest convience. Any additional money paid (excluding $35 deposit) is completely refundable until January 16, 2009. Any cancellation after that will forfeit ALL money paid. Your entire balance is due on April 20, 2009. Any money paid after April 20, 2009 will be forfeited. You are more than welcome to make as many payments as you like until the balance is paid.
