I've spent a lot of time on my education. I'm proud that my BS in Social Policy is from Northwestern (hey, Cisco!), I have a Master's degree in Gifted Education from National-Louis University, and an Educational Leadership Master's from Concordia University in Educational Leadership. I've got two adult children, a female engineer and a male nanny.

I was fortunate to go to, at that time, to the best public high school in Chicago. I met fabulous friends that I'm in contact with to this day. I love reading the Alumni Newsletter, of which I'm a life-long member. Also, my writing teacher at Lane (Ms. Coogan) taught me to NOT start every sentence with I, I, I.
