I joined the Army in 1976 and my last duty station was in Alaska. I stayed and lived there a total of 33 years and raised two children. My jobs ranged from firefighter to power plant operator.
I graduated with a degree in Accounting in 2003 from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Moved to Seattle and took a position with the US Government which I love. I can travel all over the world on assignment and still keep my Seattle home gig. I am presently on loan to the Army on Afghanistan.
Favorite Lane Memory:
Making my way to the top of the clock tower.
I love to travel. My last big trip was to India. I am now ready to see the National Parks of The Lower 48!
Seattle presents many opportunities for activism and volunteerism. I am passionate about both.
Accomplishments Since Graduation:
Raising two awesome children who are are awesome adults.
Gaining a reputation as an out of the box problem solver.
