So, for some strange reason I got a case of nostalgia and decided to see what was happening at Lane Tech....45 years later! Was fun looking at the old pictures of Lane and trying to figure out who I remembered.

Not sure it's my favorite, but I recall when a 'freshie' I carried around a huge backpack filled with every book I needed because I was worried about getting lost and being late for a class.

And, who can forget naked swimming? People still look at me sideways when I tell them we had to that.

I'm retired now and spend my time remodeling the house, camping/traveling and running.

I'll always remember what a great reputation Lane had, even in the 70's. People I meet have a hard time believing we had over 6000 kids in our school.
