We all remeber Vic as the "thick-Coke-bottle glasses-wearing, short guy. Vic's wide cirlces of firends made hime one of the most well-known guys around. He was friends with low-lifes and high-lifes. But, Vic always had a knack for befriendiing everyone. Mostly, unsavory charachters with "tapped phone lines." I was with him when he was dagnosed with Stage 4 brain cancer. I cried, he didn't. But, I miss my firend everyday.
