2023 IS OUR 60TH YEAR!

1)	* I AM DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE 60TH REUNION. Yes No This is NOT a COMMITMENT - just an indication of interest. It's been suggested the reunion be a more casual event with several activities to be with classmates over 2-3 days with a casual dinner event one evening.

2)	If I attend, I will bring my spouse/partner/guest. Yes No For planning purposes, it will help to know how many people will be attending.

The best time for me to attend will be:

SEPTEMBER

OCTOBER

Activities will be inside so that we aren't dependent upon weather issues.

4)	Would you want to attend a casual gathering of your junior high classmates? Yes No Depending on the number of people responding, this could be at someone's home, a local restaurant, etc. Classmates could decide what kind of gathering they want if any.

* If I attend, here is my preference for making Hotel Reservations:

I prefer to make my own reservations.

I would like to take advantage of a group rate at a local hotel selected by the reunion planning team.

I'll stay with friends or family.

Please respond so we can get a group rate for those who want us to secure hotel rooms.

6)	I would like to help with the planning of the 60th reunion. Yes No It's OK to say NO. If YES, I will contact you to see what you'd like to do.
