Dear Tom,

What I remember is your were always kind, a bit shy and quiet but one of the nicest boys in our high school.  So sad to learn of your passing, rest in peace my friend, we will celebrate you and remember you at our 40th high school reunion.

RIP Tom. We both pushed each other to excellence on the baseball field that freshmen year and got the hardware to prove it.

Tom, so sadden to hear the news that you are no longer here amongst us.  It is no surprise you were a devoted husband and loving father as you were such a quiet, kind classmate.  Thank you for your service and know you will be with us in spirit on September 30th.

RIP my friend!

Tom was the most talented person in our class. He had stellar brains, athletic ability (baseball and track) and good looks. His sense of humor was dry but unmatched. I remember him doing animal calls with Steve Welch, and being Tom, he never got caught. I went to all my homecoming dances and Jr. prom with him. He also took me to my first concert:  Elton John and Kiki Dee at the stadium.  He was an F-14 pilot and instructor, after getting an engineering degree from NoWestern. I met his lovely wife and adorable children in Park Ridge at his wake in 2005.  I've run into his brother Bob who is a loop atty;  he and Tom could be twins!  A tragic loss, Tom was a true hero.
