Looking for a ride to Chico from the Sacramento airport?

I'll be arriving at 7PM Thurs 12-Aug and leaving Chico 11:30AM Sun 15-Aug.

Not looking for $$, just company.  Kids and wife are taking a pass this time.

Email, if interested: burkekm@yahoo.com

Hey Classmates,

I won't be able to make the reunion this year.  My younger sister is getting married in Seattle.  I will post a picture and I hope you all have a great time.  I am living in Chico and working for Enloe and Butte College.  I am still married to a good guy (Alberto Mojica class of 1987) have two children (Cesar-14 and Sara-11).  I am on facebook if you want to keep in touch.

Couldn't we meet at The Banshee or Duffy's instead of the Grad?

The Grad  has so many TV screens and kids running around that it might

be difficult to find each other and really talk.

Any thoughts?

Amy - I second your opinion! Grad is also window-less, dark, dreary and reminds me of a place to go when it's raining. Bear would be fun too...?? ... i'm just sayin' !! ; )

Hi Ladies;

Thanks so much for the input.  I know that the Grad was not our first choice and nothing will ever compare to Tres Hombres.  I can understand your concerns with what could be a chaotic atmosphere.  We felt that the Grad would be a good "second place" choice  because of the room, food availability and casual entertainment (pool tables, etc).  In my experience there, later in the evening there are not so many families with kids.  I hope that you will still come and meet up with everyone.....then maybe groups can decide to move on to other places for the later part of the evening.

See you this weekend!!

I agree with Amy and Janel........There must be a place in downtown Chico that would work??  I like Amy's idea of Duffy's or the Banshee.  Heidi
