"Scotty" was such a force for good.......I did not sense that there was anyone who wasn't drawn to him....he was so likeable that most everyone I knew, knew him as their friend.  He was so open to trying new activities and other things.  My brother Pat shared a 1966 CJHS Track & Field team photo and there is Scotty!  Coincidentally, I was fortunate to be next to him.  Seems such a short time ago!  Life has a way of moving on and we should get on board, lest we miss so much!  Scotty was a leader in many school positions, clubs, & social events. Having Scotty fully involved in so much, should have been an opening for all to be involved....at least that is the way I looked at it.  It wasn't that long ago that our class had it 50th year reunion......I do not recall if I had an opportunity to talk with Scotty.  It seemed that there was so little time to reconnect with so many good & accomplished classmates!  Time is precious, relationships are precious, each and every day and opportunity is not only precious, but priceless!  I am so fortunate to having known Scotty, but more so from a distance....if Scotty had an inner circle of friends, it was one of standing room only!  He was a well-like and popular guy! Thank you Scotty for reaching out to so many of your classmates over the years!  Please rest in peace.
