So sorry to hear about Bob. Always the prankster and ready for an adventure. I remember the road trips to Rocky Fork Lake in his mom"s Pontiac and hot rodding around town. Nothing but good memories my friend.
Rest in Peace.

Growing up on the hill (Brewer Heights), he was the leader of the pack. We'll miss him.

Rick was right. Bob was a center piece on the "Hill". He and I had several adventures together as we were amongst the first in the class to get our driver's licenses. Looking back, I'm surprised that survived some of them. He was a great friend to have and I'm glad to have spent those high school years with him.

As only girl so far to post, sorry missed contact with him as he was such a fun, loving guy! Big Bob, for sure! I hope his life was great! I'm sure will be missed by so many. Rest In Peace, Big Bob! You were special to a lot in class of 1962!

A fun memory of mine was in the late 80's when I went to visit Bob while he was living in Albuquerque, NM. He let me use his pickup to take a quick trip around some neighboring states. The license plate read BIG BOB. I was about 5'10, maybe 170 at the time. Got a lot of strange looks from people when I climbed out of the truck as they must have been thinking "that's Big Bob??". After high school Bob became a solid Christian guy. No need to worry or wonder about where he is today.

Big Bob was kind and funny when we were in high school. I have no doubt he became even kinder and probably funnier as an adult friend, husband, father and grandfather. He leaves a beautiful legacy remaining in his family and friends I am certain. Sarah

This is Roger Graves Mary Price (Graves)) husband, like so many of the kids ,I grew up on the hill with Bob, I have a lot of fond memories of our days on the hill . When I knew Bob was coming to the class reunion I was anxious to see him, After all , it's been 50+ years.
We were able to reminisce and talk quite a bit of the evening, as the class reunion was breaking up Bob told me he had followed my career and marriage for 50 years And of all the kids on the hill he thought I was the least likely to ever amount to anything. I thought about it for a minute, then I told Bob that I'm going to take that as a compliment he said you should, Because that's the way it was intended.
I just had to tell that story, because it Shines a light on Bob's personality and what a great guy he really was. I never talked to Bob after that night. I'll regret that.

It's fun reading my old friends and classmates's memories of Bob. Maybe some will remember the night at my house when he decided to call Wolfman Jack in Chicago. He and I both later got in trouble with our dads for that long-distance phone call, but it was awesome to hear the Wolfman dedicate a song (what the heck was it, anyway?) to his fans in Chillicothe.

My old guy memory is a little foggy but I think I remember Bob actually driving to Chicago on the spur of the moment one Friday nite, probably to meet the Wolfman . There were 1 or 2 other guys who went with him but don't remember who. Bob was never one lacking in enthusiasm or ideas that might be a little off the charts! He was for sure one of the more memorable guys in our class.
