HEY EVERYONE, HOWS IT GOING? LATE JULY SOUNDS GOOD TO ME AS WELL. LISA AND I ARE EXPECTING OUR SECOND CHILD SOMETIME IN JUNE. WE NEVER THOUGHT WE WOULD HAVE ANOTHER. IT WAS A NICE SUPRISE. ALSO WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE COULD GET ME HEATHER DENTON'S EMAIL ADDRESS? I'VE LOST CONTACT W/ HER OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND WOULD LIKE TO GET AHOLD OF HER. OH AND I THINK THE REUNION SHOULD BE ADULTS ONLY, JUST MY OPINION. LATER...

I have an old email address for John Catlett. I'll send him the link to the website and hope for the best.

Corrie Oliver (Johnson)

Look at you guys just chatting away on here! I am so glad to see everyone is having fun. I sent the link to Brian Catlett to give to John. I do have a cell phone # for Nessie...I ran in to her in Columbus one day last year. I will send the link to all the emails you gave Jake. Thanks! We definetly are making some quick progress with this but keep it up!

I could not believe it when Ryan called me today! This is crazy to see everybody on here! I am definitely in for a reunion and late July works well for me as well. Corrie-just let me know what you need for that!
I will also look for pictures-I know Kendra has some somewhere. Talk to everyone soon- Thanks for the invite Ryan!

Hi everyone! Maybe we could plan a 2 day event. A casual get together at a bar n grille on lets say the friday. Then do the reunion somewhere a little more formal on saturday. Just an idea. Good to see all of you on here.

J. T. Harp

Hey everyone! I've emailed some of you but it's really good to see and hear how everyone is doing. I should be able to make it down for the reunion unless something happens last-minute with work.

I'm not in touch with Catlett anymore, have no idea how to get ahold of him. However, I did send email invites to Donald (living in Indianapolis), Dempsey (living in Chillicothe I think), Cannon (living in Reynoldsburg), Adrian Conrad (living in Arizona), and Jason Robinson (living in Chillicothe), so we should get a few more folks to sign up. I'll keep pestering them until they do.

Last but not least...please don't shop at Wal-Mart! They are the anti-Christ, just remember that! :-) Talk to everyone soon! Email me whenever you want, I check email multiple times a day.

Hey Harmon, can you get the Monte's together for a Field of Blood reunion concert? I know you changed your name several times but that's the one I remember!

Rock on,

JT

Hi everyone! I love that we are planning another reunion. Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help! The only person I've really kept in touch with is Meg Bowdle. I'll email her and let her know about this site. Good to see what everyone is up to after so long.

Corrie Oliver (Johnson)

Well I see no argument on July 25th as the reunion date....So I say we commit to that so the out of towners can begin to make arrangements as needed.
Last chance to argue starting.....NOW.

I just remembered, Elizabeth Anderson Spinney is also an attorney - she's in Boston. Email is espinney@eapdlaw.com.

I think it's a good idea to go with the 25th Corrie. Also, I like Hempstead's idea of the Friday night/Saturday night thing. That way if someone for some reason could only make it to one or the other this would allow them to do so. Again, let me know what you need to get that rolling Corrie-should probably start sooner than later.

Carey Snyder (Tiernan)

Oh my gosh, this is so much fun, I feel like I'm back in high school again!! I love catching up with everyone!!
July is good with me!! I do like Matt's idea as well, maybe we could do one of those days a family day and get all our kids and spouses together, then the other day could be just for alumni? We could just sit around and chat and I'm sure our spouses wouldnt have much fun since most of them wouldnt have any idea what we would be laughing about!! Thoughts???

Tracy, have you been able to get Stephanie newman's address yet?

12/05/08 06:17 PM #51

Alyssa Ater

I like the idea of having something for family and something for just us...that way if someone could only come for one day they could choose which one to come to. I would love to do both. Corrie, I would be willing to help with planning/setting up. just message me on facebook...i am not so good checking email.

12/05/08 08:20 PM #52

Kendra Haynes (Miller)

Hey Corrie. I will help in any way, but I think we need to get in touch with as many as possible right now. How can we keep track to make sure everyone that we possibly can is contacted soon. Who has and has not been spoken for? I know a lot of parents of people who we could contact if we need to. Let me know.

12/05/08 08:55 PM #53

Kendra Haynes (Miller)

I just got Skaggs' email from her mom. It is hmskaggs@yahoo.com. I am going to email her and let her know.

J.T. do you think Jeff Cannon will contact Carrie Stirn?

There are several places on here that show the names of the classmates that are MIA. I took the class list from our senior yearbook and then added a few who people mentioned. I agree that a lot of parents are probably still in the area and I haven't even checked the local phone book to see if some of the classmates are in there.
Would someone like to volunteer to do start working on that?...

12/05/08 10:48 PM #55

Matt Hempstead

To add to the suggestion, maybe we could do some kind of outdoor setting (picnic) for the main event and do the bar thing to get acquainted again. That way alcohol could be on the individuals and it would be a good adult event. Then do the "picnic thing" as a family friendly type setting. Just throwing some brainstorming ideas out there. Of course not saying adult beverages to be excluded from the Reunion. Are there any locations thought of yet?

12/06/08 11:41 AM #56

Alyssa Ater

I wonder if we could do somewhere like the Dock or bw3's (something casual with food & drink) and maybe for the picnic-type event we could use somewhere like Scioto Trail or Great Seal park....we could even do a potluck to save money?? just some ideas...

12/08/08 08:29 AM #57

Corrie Oliver (Johnson)

Well if you want to be able to have alcohol at the picnic it can't be in a state park. I know the owner of the Dock so I will ask about the availability of that back room for Friday the 24th and I will check about a picnic spot. I had info on the Scioto Twp Hall for Saturday because it was the least expensive rental but if we did a daytime/outdoor thing....I will think about that....I have 6 acres if worse comes to worse! LOL

12/08/08 10:44 AM #58

Carey Snyder (Tiernan)

These are all great ideas! I like the idea of the potluck to save money and have the family thing at a park, then do a get together at the dock or wherever we can find a spot. let me know what I can help with. Maybe we should plan a day for all of us who want to help get together then start delegating and getting things going. Maybe sometime after christmas?? I would be happy to drive to chilli on a weekend to meet with anyone who wants to plan.

Also, another thought...I have noticed that our school has changed so much, but I havent been inside. I would love to go back and see how much things have changed and what still looks the same. Maybe we could do a walk through sometime that weekend for those of us who dont live there anymore or have kids in the school system?? thoughts on that???

12/08/08 11:29 AM #59

Corrie Oliver (Johnson)

I'll ask the superintendent Mr Garrett about setting up a tour.

12/09/08 10:14 AM #60

Rachael Thompson (Rodman)

Carey, I think the walk through is a great idea. I'd love to see what's changed and what hasn't!

12/10/08 10:33 PM #61

Kendra Haynes (Miller)

Well Since I am a teacher there I could probably help with the tour. I could get us in the elementary if we know a date. Were you thinking about everyone going when the reunion takes place?

I like Carey's idea of getting together after Christmas to get a plan of attack together.

I emailed Skaggs and have not heard anything from her. I also ran into Mary Lyle and I have her email. I am going to send her to the link to this page

12/11/08 02:18 PM #62

Carey Snyder (Tiernan)

Thanks Kendra! Do we want to go ahead and try to plan a day in january to get together and start planning?? I can do most weekends, I have jan. 3, 4, 9, 11, 17 and 18 all open right now. Lets try to get that day set before christmas, then we can go from there. When is everyone else available and where do we want to hold it?
