HEIDI CARTER

I received my bachelor's degree in 2005. I am pursuing my MBA in the near future. I work for the State out of GOFBCI as a outreach coordinator and oversee 14 counties. I am independent working single single mother with two boys that I am very proud of. My ambition and a goal I hope to reach in the next eight years is to be Executive Director for non profit /faith based organization for different target populations within our community and State of Ohio. (DV, homelessness, foster care/adoptive families, juvenile delinquency, adult reentry services, and POVERTY issues facing our country today!
