Do you remember Wordsworths' "What though the radiance which was once so bright be now forever taken from my sight nothing can bring back the hour of splendour in the grass, of glory in the flower; We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind; In the primal..." from the movie "Splendor in the Grass" (Natalie Wood and Warren Beatty). It was our time...our day of innocence----our "glory days". May we all have done well in our growth.

Happy Birthday Jerry.
When I read that it was your birthday an image of you came into my mind. I guess that the graduation pictures stay with us most. I see that you were in the navy for some time and that you and Juanita have a daughter so I hope that life has been good. It is amazing how fast the 53 years have gone and the amazing changes we have witnessed. We were pretty damned innocent in retrospect.
