Jon Cantrell

Served in the Navy for 8 years, two of them as a medic for the Marines. Have been a GI Tech for 24 years. I am currently the senior technician. I train all other techs along with training all 2nd year residents(physicians) on how to perform endoscopies. I am in charge of purchasing for the clinic as well as temporarily purchasing for other departments in the hospital. I am the hospital expert for the cleaning and high level disinfection of all scopes and other high level disinfection equipment. I am the safety representative for the department.
