I cant say I knew Joyce very well in high school, but I did see and speak to her briefly now and then when we both attended Ohio Wesleyan Univ. Joyce's father was a Methodist minister in Pleasant Ridge and she was on scholarship at college and had to work in the dining hall, usually the morning shift. She always seemed very shy but I know she was a hard worker.
