I don't know if this is the best place to post this information, but September 20th is also Homecoming at UC.  If any Woodward classmates would like to attend the UC-Miami game, I can get tickets.  The price ranges from $18-$54.  One problem, even UC doesn't yet know if the game starts at noon or 3:30PM.  If 3:30, the game would conflict with our reunion and I would pass on the football game.  Let me know if anyone is interested.

Aloha Class of 1964 classmates, a most hearty Esse Quam Videri!

Attention all WHS Bulldogs football fans!  Our alma mater will play Cincinnati College Prep Academy on Friday, Sept 19 at 7:00 PM at the WHS stadium, which stands on the hallowed ground of our school building.  I am planning to attend and invite all of you to join me in reliving "Friday Night Football Madness" from our youth.  We can't go to Frischs afterward but we'll find sompelace.   Send me an email at mmtorreano@gmail.com or call me at 808-343-4877 and I will disccuss details with you.

Hi Steve, thanks for your interest.  I am still getting info from WHS on the game, tickets, activities, etc.  I should be posting more info in a day or so. Of course, any cheerleaders and majorettes attending will have to dust off their outfits!

Damn, I wish I had known earlier we would have flown in earlier but on 8/1/14 this site quit sending me WHS messages.  Oh well tell us about the game.

Back to the scene of the crime, our 1964 summer roadtrip!  I talked Bob into attending and am staying with them, sorry we won't connect this time, maybe in Waikiki?

I'll second Sandra Strong's comments. The committee has done a great job. I'll be in Boston, but my heart and thoughts will be in Cincinnati with you all. I guess the older we get, the past does mean that much more to us.

The good even great memories just fill my head and the bad ones fade. We did have a special class that time has only proven through personal successes, great families, and close bonds.

We did pledge our....... hands, our heads, our hearts.......

I am very sorry that I will not be able to attend the class reunion. Even though I only spent one year At Woodward I still remember the large campus, the shopping center  and some of the kids I met in my last year of school. I moved to Central Florida soon after graduating and managed to gather a hugh extended family. My husband and I started a fernery and I still have several acres to tend to today. I have enjoyed reading all the comments from classmates and appreciate the hard work of the commitee. Enjoy all the events and please know we are all there in spirit.

Terri Menke (Stephany)

Hello everyone,

I am so bummed out that I cannot attend this wonderful event after all. I had planned on it and looked forward to it, but it's not meant to be. I've loved reading all the comments from everyone and reliving some of the best memories (not the bad ones...a hayride from hell at Handlebar Ranch comes to mind) of our dear WHS and our wonderful class. Strangely, I did have to leave in my senior year and actually graduated from Princeton High School, but Woodward is where my heart is having gone there from 7th through junior years. I'll look forward to the photo's and I'm sending virtual ((((((hugs))))) to so many of you. My special thanks (and hugs too)  to Steve Boymel for working with me on my issues that sadly, didn't work out. Terri Menke Stephany

Does anyone have a 1946 or 1964 Automobile?  If you have one, we would like for you to bring it to the reunion.  Let us know.  Thanks!
