These are the guidelines that you have provided for us:

The reunion should be held in late July, The reunion be held in Clara City, You requested that we have a traditional style dinner/gathering, 

 There was a lot of interest in getting together the Friday night prior to reunion for an informal gathering/boat ride on Green Lake in Spicer.
