I started food blog www.SteamyKitchen.com 3 years ago -- and it's lead to an amazing food career. My cookbook, The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook came out in Fall 2009.

I'm a food columnist for Discovery/TLC and Tampa Tribune; and a TV chef for syndicated Daytime Show. I've been featured on Oprah.com, Martha Stewart Radio Show, The Today Show, CBS Early Show and many other media pubs.

My passion is the area right where Social Media crosses the food world - I speak frequently on this subject, and you can find me on Twitter at @steamykitchen.

Well, I changed my name the moment I got married 8 years ago!

Why? I've never really liked my name Janice.

So I changed it to Jaden. These days, the only person who still calls me Janice is my Mother.
