Graduated from UCSB and moved to Los Angeles and worked for Guess Headquarters and then Banana Republic as a store manager. Met my husband Nick in 1998 and we got married in 1999, just after moving to San Francisco. I worked for Gap, Inc. corporate for 2 years as the Director of Events for Old Navy until we had our first child Alex in May, 2001. We decided to move closer to family and packed up to move to Kansas City in Fall of 2001, where we've been every since. I started a business called aimeej (www.aimeej.com) in 2002 and sold the business to a woman in Colorada in 2008. Since then I started a new businesses - www.hercityguide.com, connecting Kansas City women with local businesses, events, etc. We now have 2 kids and I'm lucky enough to be a full time stay at home "working" Mom!
