Saturday Morning CHS Tour, June 27, 2009
  Activities:  Go on a guided tour of CHS
  Location:  Clayton High School "New Commons" (new building in the quad)

Saturday Afternoon Picnic, June 27, 2009
  Activities:  Eat, play, drink beer, meet each other's families, etc.
  Location:   Shaw Park, North Shelter (shown as N. Shelter on map)

  Start Time:  12:00 pm (immediately following CHS tour)
  Cost: $6.00 per adult, $3.00 per kid for BBQ meal including hotdogs, hamburgers, bratworst, sides, beer, soda, and water  (No charge if bringing own food or not eating).*

* Plus potluck desserts -- For those of you who live in town, it would be great if you could bring a dessert to the picnic.

Saturday Night Party, June 27, 2009
  Activities:  Adults only.  Eat, talk, listen to nostalgic 80s music and generally have a good time

  Time:  7:00-10:00 pm (At 10pm open bar ends and space opens to general public)
  Cost: $70.00 per person, includes heavy appetizers from Lumen catering company as well as soda, domestic and imported beer, wine, and cocktails

Deadline:  Please submit the form below and purchase your tickets for reunion events under "Items For Sale" by June 11th.

Final Note:  The planners of this event feel strongly that all classmates, who wish to attend, should be able to attend.  We realize that in these current economic times, some folks may have trouble justifying expenditures to attend the reunion.  A private donation has been offered to help cover these expenses, possibly including travel.  If you want to attend, but feel that you cannot afford it, please send an email to chs1989org@gmail.com.  Only one classmate has access to this account.  Your identity will not be shared with anyone else.  -- Think about it this way, you offer help to people in need when you can, so it's ok to accept the help when the situation is reversed.
