We enjoyed two meetings with Eddie and Muriel Simmons in 2012. Both occured at Falling Waters State Park, Chipley, FL. Eddie is always visiting his cousins in Chipley.

We all were starting our western RV travels in June and returning later in the fall. We did travel in different directions but occasionally stayed in touch throughout the summer.

Water Fall @ Falling Waters SP

 

A few comments on The name 'Falling Waters'. Falling Waters State Park, Chipley, FL. gets its name for having the highest waterfall in Florida at 75 feet!

The water actually drops from a small creek into a deep limestone walled sinkhole deep into the ground.

I think we have the highest waterfall in Hernando County at 8 feet. It is on Otter Slew  along the drive coming to our ranch.
