Rockin' S Farm

As farm visitors pass under the archway at the beginning of our driveway, they are greeted by our Rockin' S Farm logo, flanked by two "Iron Owls". The owls are from my paternal grandparents' farmhouse fireplace andirons.

Both of my parents were born and raised on Florida farms. My Dad was born on a Micanopy, FL farm and my Mom on a dairy farm in Tampa. I have great childhood memories from visits to both grandparents' farms.

Susan and I established Rock'in S Farm to provide a place for our boys/wives/10 grandkids to
experience the challenges and joys of farm life. We’re trying to keep family traditions alive for our family by having the owls on the archway and Susan’s grandmother’s wheel off her antique wooden wheelbarrow, the wood which is long ago gone. The wheel chandelier lives on as you can see in the photos.
