I graduated from Meredith College in 1984 and taught school for a few years before Mary Beth was born in September of 1986. I then had the privilege of staying at home with my children for 14 years. While I was at home, I still tutored math at my kitchen table and taught a few classes at the YMCA. Since I have returned to the classroom, I have taught just about every grade from first grade to high school. I am currently teaching 7th grade math but would love to return to the high school classroom. It has been a fun ride so far.
