50 years later, what is your life like now? Retired? Activities? etc.
It has slowed in the past few years but I am happy. For the past 30 years I have lived a super crazy life, on the edge most of the time with intense highs and lows. I have met the famous, been there when history was made (always the fly on the wall) and have seen all the great sporting events! Always the fly on the wall. I sell advertising to car dealers in San Diego. Love my job and will most likely work to the day I die. I'd rather be a player than tend a tomato garden. The word retire scares me. I have had the same job for over thirty years. I love life and I think I will live forever. I love science and study it every day. Big sports fan especially NFL,NBA and boxing! Bowling is my intense hobby. I like to have fun, cruise, concerts, attend live sports. I'm game to try anything once.
When heaven comes-a-calling I may not be at the head of the line RE Finances (not the back either) but I am at the head of the line FOR HAVING THE MOST FUN! What's really important, since you only go around once? I'm NOT done either! Viet Nam Vet! Went to Kent State University when all hell broke loose! I have so many stories till the day I die that will not bore you one bit General Westmoreland (commander of the Viet Nam war), Mohammed Ali, Jerry Garcia, Alan Ginsberg, the Eagles, BB King, Graham Nash and Stephen Stills the people who go to world championship boxing matches, many other famous names in the movie and sports industry. Jack Nicholson, and soooo many more! Going to every play off game while the LA Lakers were winning three straight NBA Championships, every major sporting event America has to offer! Kent State University (Tin solders and Nixon coming four dead in Ohio)! And I haven't even scratched the surface! Forty world championship boxing matches and the fight environments! Staples center during the NBA playoffs! Casinos (bad for your finances but lots of fun). Being in a B52 at 38,000 feet, dropping bombs on to the bad guys in Viet Nam. Twelve cruises, especially Alaskan cruises. Great baseball/football/basketball playoff games! Being a freshman at Kent State University after Viet Nam but during a time when history was made at Kent. Seeing other ways of life! Hanging out with Mohammed Ali. Spending the day with Graham Nash and Stephen Stills! Telling Jerry Garcia his concerts were too long! A world championship fight in a pact bull ring in TJ (Mexico). Sooo many more! Plenty more ahead and plenty of time left to do super things still left in my life!
