I retired 5 years ago after running an elementary school library for 35 years. I absolutely LOVED it !!!! Today I live with Bernie, Elisa, and Gabe. Both Elisa and Bernie are disabled , so I spend a lot of time taking care of them. Emma says I should paint my car yellow. (Taxi cab). I love words. I've been known to pick up a dictionary when bored. I read and spend a lot of time on the computer. I do a lot of research and play words with friends. I as a gym cadet and I really liked it, even though the only reason i went out for it was to get out of swimming. I remember falling asleep every day in economics. Now I know it's because it was right after lunch. This fact has been bothering me for years, for the life of me I can't remember the library. Did we have one,? Did I go to it? I plan to do the tour. Maybe it will all come back.

If I had a second chance I would do almost everything different. I wouldn't change my friends, but I was so immature and naive. I think we all were. I would have taken school more seriously and would have graduated from college. I could have been anything I wanted, but back then I didn't have a clue what I wanted. I should have been more active at school and have had an idea of who I could have been. BUT. That's the older smarter adult I've become. I was a product of my family and I ended up doing a job I loved and live with people I love. Who could ask for anything more.
