Happy Birthday a little late. How we all get so scattered, and yet you are back in Cleveland Heights? I'm in Italy, in Loro Ciuffenna, province of Arezzo, 50km from Florence, since 1981. So when you are next in the Netherlands... come this way! And if you want to hear concerts, in summertime I direct a string quartet festival - now is the 26th year, July 14 to August 13 - in our romanesque Pieve di Gropina (8th-12th century, and a national monument). A visit would be a lovely surprise!

Happy Birthday (a day late, but I'm 6 hours ahead, if that helps). It would be nice to cross paths sometime (I'll be in Madison 1-14.9, and i W. Palm 14-25.9) and you are all always welcome in Loro Ciuffenna, which is on the way to..?

I'm itching to send you the transciption I made of the immensely long Fuldauer genealogy, initially made by Alan Fuldauer. There were mistakes in my family (wrong mother), and a mistake in an incredible discovery -- that we have a Holocaust survivor born in 1936, still in Holland until 1959 and now in Madison Wisconsin. His mother was a Fuldauer of the generation of our grandparents, so although only 79 he is of the 5th generation from Moses Israel [Fuldauer] born 1764. We talked by phone for an hour...I was in Madison visitng my sister. I don't know if I have your real email address, but if not give it to me again, to b.sachs@alice.it

I'm sorry I had to miss the reunion last Sept....I was in the USA, with my sister Karen Gogolick, who took this picture of me in her house, in Madison WI. Maybe I will get to see you and others eventually, if not in Cleveland maybe in Tuscany where I've lived since 1981. Happy Birthday to you in a few days,
