Well, Classmates, I would like to weigh in on our upcoming Class Reunion! But, you know it is difficult to communicate across eons of time. Have any of you traveled to all 7 continents? Have any of you trekked regions of Nepal, like Annapurna? Have any of you been politically active since High School -- on the college campus, in adult life, in the recent "HIGH POLITICS" of our country? Yes, David Lederman was a best friend in high school & into our college and young adult years. With my wife, Birgit, in the year 1970 we took in a ball game at the old Lakefront Stadium. Against which team and who won, I do not recall. How David may have accidentally taken his own life will remain a mystery to me unless there is someone in our class with a direct knowledge of that tragedy! Was it in 1Q'75? If anyone wishes to engage me in conversation -- whether tete-a-tete or over the public channel of our class home page -- do not hesitate to reach out. My direct mobile # is 703/409/9828. You may call call direct of text a message and set a day/time to connect up! I have books to recommend, stories to tell or am simply an open channel to communicate with!!! May each of you enjoy your weekend this FLAG DAY, June 14, 2024! Felicetations to ALL. Sincerely, Loren W. Hershey

Greetings Courtney and Happy Birthday.
We last saw each other in the D.C. area probably 20 years ago or more.
Let me know how you are doing. Please call me (Loren Hershey) on my cell 703/409-9828.
My wife and I still live in Fairfax County, Virginia.
Best for the day and the year ahead!
HI Ken -- I wish you a happy birthday and want to thank you again for reaching out several weeks ago to reminisce about CHHS over lunch at the Cedar Restaurant here in D.C. across from the FBI Building (HQ). May I suggest that we agree to host any willing classmate(s) who come to visit D.C. for one reason or another -- whether we do it singly or together -- as the ambience of the Cedar is low-key and the food extremely good at a reasonable price. Topics need cover CHHS only briefly & can then be wide-open. Being that you (and I) are trained attorneys and that you serve as Executive Office of a major division of the Justice Department, you should be aware that you are exactly 3 days younger than my wife Birgit. I think that a completely non-material fact, but worthy of small mention. Best for your celebration this evening. Sincerely, Loren Hershey
