(folks sorry to be serious this week... a good friend died in his kitchen and no one found him for a week... His phone messages was full and we did not see him except at holidays at my uncle... His name was Bobby Segal)

I personally have really enjoyed all of these funny posts. Life can be boring or fun...however you choose to enjoy it. I choose fun! I agree, life consists of many people saying many things and if someone knows how to really control that please let me know. The older I get the more I realize I can't control shit...(is that not appropriate to say?)so being here in surf country I just challenge myself all the time to "go with the flow" it really is easier to do it that way. When you get upset it ONLY hurts YOU not the person you are upset with....unless you stick them with a knife or something!

I felt old at 40....I didn't want to be "middle aged" but after I got over that I don't give a shit (is it ok to say that?) I am proud I made it this far!!!

Steven I liked you. I probably didn't talk to you much (I don't remember) but exactly like Sandie said, I was too much into myself and where I fit in. I wish you had talked to me more because you are really funny! I'm still laughing about the pedicure statements! I personally have always based my friendships with (1) humor, humor, humor, (2)cleanliness (if you stink tooo much it will be hard to hang with you too long) (3) how much of a heart do you have? Although, I think when I was young I didn't care so much about (3).

Why would you want to move to Florida? Does it bother you that we have SNOW in April?????? With my memory, I could have thought I missed spring and summer and that it was winter again. Words I was thinking when I saw the snow today, along with lake effect snow warnings, are not appropriate coming from a lady, or should I say old lady???

well, it's good to see that all you guys don't work too hard during the day and have time to be farting around on the forum!! What do you do that you can be online?

I'm with everyone in CA or FL--we moved to MD from CA 10 years ago and I still don't like it here. We haven't had much snow since the first two/three years, but it gets really cold and gray a lot.

Steven, so sorry to hear about your friend. It's hard losing a friend, I think it brings our mortality a little closer.

Is there a football game the weekend of the reunion? I think we should all show up on Friday night and scare the crap out of the kids there now.
