So glad I was "reminded" to update my profile: I feel genuinely fortunate to have so many new people and activities continually entering my life -- as well as the "old stand-bys" like teaching, yoga, painting, movies . . . to name of a few.

What would be of interest to my high school friends, though? That is the question. I'm looking forward to a road trip to Vegas and Sedona when school is out at the end of May with the new wonderful man in my life -- who has also planned a camping trip for us in Washington state after the summer school session.

Which reminds me that I have been "practicing retirement" by only teaching two community college classes, but two of the California State campuses have asked me to return, and I may be teaching "too much" for the next year while I decide "What I Want To Do When I Grow Up."

I still do some consulting for entrepreneurs interested in social media marketing . . . and am looking for any Google Plus "experts" in our class so we can trade knowledge.

I may start blogging again [after a two-year hiatus] because it is one great way to get the BIC, i.e. Butt In Chair.

I've also taught at those schools and more.

I remember hearing people say that high school was the best time of one's life, but fifty years later I'd say only that it was a great "start" [so to speak] but I do like where I am now.

I suspect that that's why I really can't remember any "favorite" school story, but that being said, I'd love to read everyone else's -- just in case it sparks my own recollections of the event and the times.
