My wife, Karen and I live and work in Marina Del Rey, CA since 2012. We lived in Scottsdale, AZ from 1986-2011. I've practiced law in Ohio (1974-1986, Arizona (1986-2011), California (2012-present). I have concentrated my practice in plaintiff's personal injury, products liability and mass tort drug litigation. My wife is a doctor of pharmacology, and is a forensic consultant to firms across the country regarding pharmaceutical litigation.

She was my first girlfriend in 7th Grade at Monticello. Wonderful family. I recall her being an early proponent of computers, a subject many of us didn't understand very well in the 60's. Very sad.

Living on the beach in Marina Del Rey, CA, with my wife Karen, and still practicing law. We have two children, Lee, and Brittany, who live in Arizona, and two grandchildren, Elle and Jack. While I do not miss Cleveland, after all, California is like eternal springtime, I look forward to coming back in August to visit old friends, the Westside Market and the Rock Hall of Fame.
