I sang with the Cleveland Pops Orchestra Chorus..2012-2015 .loved it...Severance Hall has the best acoustics and the Palace theater at Playhouse Square is amazing too............I also worked at Playhouse Square partime in the Presidents Club for the wealthy donors

Hi, Brenda here..Well I attended Ohio State University after High School in 1970, I married Sam Baynes in 1972, I then transferred to his school Ashland College, I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. since 1974 , Sam and I have one daughter together Nicole Yvette Baynes Fields. We moved to California Camp Pendleton... Sam was a Lt. in the Marine Corp after his graduation from Ashland, he went on to be a Captain....later we moved to Spokane Washington soon after Sam and I divorced in 1979.

I started singing in a local band married one of its members, we made lots of noise and so I had lots of opportunities, sang with Wang Chung "everybody Wang Chung tonite",my daughter and I moved back to Cali where I was singing, opened for James Brown, sang with BJ Thomas of Raindrops keep falling on my head fame, made quite a few commercials for Mazda, Barbie, Meow Mix...etc. lived in Beverly Hills California for 4 years,was doing some background vocals for Virgin Records for new artists. Moved back to Cleveland gladly for my Mom, relunctantly for this weather to care for my ailing Mom, She passed away in 2000 my Dad passed in 1990, I stayed here in Cleveland for my Daughter she moved back she loves it here (some crap about seasons changing LOL), Son in Law and grandbabies I have four, 3 boys and a little girl, 2 great granddaughters. I haven't been singing much lately, only in church, plan to start up again, I had a bad fall and I am still getting stronger,oops divorced again... Happy and single now. I work for Step Forward Louis Stokes Early Learning Center. I am the Site Administrative Assistant. I have alopecia but I am rocking this bald head proudly.


My favorite memory of John Adams are the Camel Humps where the heck are they in the new school???

LOL and also the room across from Student Government that we painted "the Pipe room" where they let seniors go instead of study hall remember.....and Checkers, Sam and Foster were Checkers,.. what was up wid Dat???
