You would have guessed that I wore penny loavers. I had them in several colors. The brand to have was Sebago (which was in Maine, but who knew). I even put pennies in the holes. Yes both those guys wore them. Bobby loved them. Then stove pipe pants and pinstripes came along. Everyone started to look like they had zoot suits on. I owned only 1 pair. It just wasn't me. This is when pants came in for women or rather pant suits. Sr. year 70 we boycotted and wore pants. I was sent home.
