Billie Jo Davis passed away on September 30, 1998 of cervical cancer.  She was 27 years old.  Billie Jo was diagnosed while pregnant with her second child. 

She is survived by her husband Matt Millen, sons Matthew Tristan Brooks Millen and Noah Drake Davis Millen of Clinton.
