What did you do right after high school?

Started working and shortly thereafter, school at night, worked full-time during the day.

What did you always want to do that you haven't done?

Go to Greece

Tell us some of your favorite memories of NCHS.

As much as I hate to admit it, high school for me was pretty vanilla and there wasn't much that left a lasting impression. I was dating someone from another school seriously for most of high school and we hung out with his friends. I did secretly have a HUGE crush on Joe Hamilton but no one ever knew it :-)

Let us in on some of the high points in your life since high school.

I've been lucky to have experienced some very unforgettable moments since high school. I was married for 14 years, divorcing in 1998. I had three wonderful step-children and then a daughter of my own--who is the light of my life. After my divorce, I got involved volunteering for various projects and events with U. S. Broadcasting, the owner of several radio stations in Macon, where I lived at the time. I was lucky enough to meet and hang out with some well-known people in small settings, probably my favorite of whom was Tommy Chong. Yes, he really is the same in person. My daughter also got the benefit in that she got to hang out with members of the various boy bands during that era. I've worked with a number of great volunteer organizations, most recently the Songs for Kids Foundation, which works with children's hospitals in Atlanta and LA. I've been with them from the beginning and continue working with them now. We just finished our annual 10 night music event and had a lot of fun and raised a lot of money. My daughter, Sam and I, have traveled a great deal and had many of those priceless "master card" moments that we will take with us throughout our lives.

What would we be surprised to know about you?

In 2004 I got my picture in Rolling Stone Magazine, which was pretty awesome and one of THE highlights of my life
