Were you an active Eagle or Eaglette?

Majorette

What did you do right after high school?

Work for the Dekalb County Police Department for ten years.

What did you always want to do that you haven't done?

Well I've now been on a cruise so I can't think of anything else for now.

Tell us some of your favorite memories of NCHS.

Growing up with everyone.

I love dressing up. I dressed up for all sort of things. I've got pictures on my profile.

My secret crush in 10th grade would of been Danny Cameron. Obviously all my friends knew it because when I re-read my yearbook comments everyone said, "good luck with dc"

Let us in on some of the high points in your life since high school.

My first job with the Police Department was really interesting. I got quite the 'education' I was pretty naive and I saw a lot. I could tell stories forever that would stand most people's hair up.

After seeing enough dead folk, I thought I would try the corporate world. I went to work for the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. I worked there eight years. All I can say is, "Give me dead people any day!" lol

After that job, I was an Apartment Manager. I loved that job and it well suited me since I never meet a stranger. During this job my mother-n-law got sick and I moved my in-laws into my home and nursed them for a long eight years. I learned quickly my spiritual gift and at their death in 2006 I decided to remain helping people. I presently take care of an 88 year old woman.

While at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, I met the man of my dreams. I told a co-worker I was going to marry him and have his children. That's exactly what I did. We've been married 16 years with a 15 year old boy and a 13 year old girl. We have two dogs, Buddy, an 85 pound Red Tick Hound and Molly, a two year old while Maultese. We are all Christians and attend the First Baptist Church of Douglasville.

My disease really shows up here in my face. Gigantism enlarges mostly the outer extremities. (nose, mouth, jaw, forehead, feet, hands and everything in between!)

For initiation in home economics at North Clayton Junior High, all the girls had to dress as men and the boys as women. My mother which was amazing (I sure do miss her!) came up with this idea, a matador. I won the competition. Remember Tommy Tyler, He dressed as the most beautiful woman ever!
