Please note the following cost schedule with deadline dates for Registration/Payments:

 

$70 per person if paid/postmarked by:    May 28, 2010

$75 per person if paid/postmarked by:    July 30, 2010

$80 per person if paid/postmarked by:    August 31, 2010

 

Heavy hors d’oeuvres, a DJ, dance floor, a cash bar, and an updated class directory are included in the cost. Other costs included are the alumni search, mailings, printing, postage, food, entertainment, facility, and website with associated fees. Items that have not been included in the cost are parking ($5.00/vehicle), photography, and cash bar items.

 

We will have a photographer on site. A class picture will be made along with individual pictures. There is no cost to have your picture taken, and you are under no obligation to purchase pictures. However, if you are interested, the photographer will have a price list available that evening. 

 

To Register/Pay online, please go to the Registration/Payment page. After you register/pay online, you will be sent an email acknowledgement. We are planning to keep this site up and running for the next five years.

 

To Register/Pay by mail, please complete and mail the attached registration form along with your check to Anita Nation, 115 Gold Leaf Drive, Hampton, GA 30228. Make Checks Payable To: North Clayton 1980. Your cancelled check will be your receipt.

Scholarships are Available - We are so excited about the reunion and want everyone to have an opportunity to attend. Therefore, a limited number of scholarships will be made available to those who are unable to attend due to personal hardship. Scholarships will be confidential. To apply for a scholarship, complete the registration form, include an explanation for your need, and mail it to Anita Nation (address above). This process can also be submitted electronically by sending an e-mail to FluffySpice71462@aol.com  with “North Clayton Reunion” in the subject line. Applicants will be notified in writing if their scholarship has been approved or denied.

 

If you are unable to attend the reunion, please go ahead and complete a registration form with your contact information, so that we may include your name in the class directory. Everyone who includes their contact information will receive a free directory – even if you do not attend – it will be mailed to you after the reunion.

 

If you are planning to stay overnight, the closest hotel to the convention center is The SpringHill Suites. Their phone number is 770-907-8880. At the time this information is provided the cost per room is $99 for a King and $109 for a Double Queen.
