"I went ahead and signed a contract so we could have a special rate at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were going to be $139.00 but they are giving us a rate of $109.00. You can call the number listed below to make reservations. This is a pretty good deal considering the breakfast and bar deal that we get with the rooms. That information is also listed below. The rooms are going to be suites with King beds unless you specify that you want two queens. Also the suite has a Queen Hideaway. We can have up to 4 adults in the room at this price (normally they charge $10 additional for each adult above 2).

If you already reserved the room you need to call 719-955-6808 and speak with Susan and she will change your room to the group rate.

I only signed a contract to block 10 rooms because if we don’t get 10 reservations I will have to pay the difference. However we can go over 10 as long as there is availability. Please reserve your rooms ASAP because of the Rampart and Liberty reunions that weekend. One of these schools is having one of their events their Saturday night so I would suspect there will be people wanting to stay there.

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Individual Call-in Method:
Requests for guest suite assignments may be made by calling 800-EMBASSY (800-362-2779) or 719-599-9100. A personal online group (POG) webpage will be created, upon request, to allow guests to make reservations online.
Upon request, Embassy Suites Hotel, Colorado Springs agrees to send, at no charge, confirmation of reservations and/or reservation changes to the registered guests within seven (7) days of receipt of such information.
The guest suite block and reservation procedures will be loaded into the Hotel’s central reservation and/or property management system.
Name changes may be made to guest suite reservations prior to arrival at no charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.
At the Group’s request, Hotel’s in-house guest list will be compared with the Group’s registration list. Any guest room occupied by an individual on Group’s registration list, but not coded to Group within Hotel’s system, will be credited to Group’s pickup.
If names are found on the Group’s registration list and on the Hotel’s in-house list that are not coded to the group, they shall be credited to the Group hotel pickup (regardless of room rate). This credit may increase the Group pickup as well as possibly increasing the complimentary credits earned."
