Hi Everyone! Since the last reunion, Sarah arrived (she was at the reunion with us - born a short time later), and life moved into fast forward from there. I am currently an English teacher at....Coronado High School. I am in my second year of teaching and advising the newspaper. My husband Matt has returned to school, like so many others in this economy. Jacen is in 7th grade at Holmes and enjoys the wrestling program, still taught by Mr. Brickell. Sarah is in 4th grade at Bates Elementary and (proudly boasts) the resident Drama Queen. We are learning to count the many blessings we have and relying on each other to get through the rough spots. After 15 years of marriage there are lessons to be learned. Realize that life will throw you curve balls, so duck and hang on tight! Understand that your kids will teach you many things you never knew, so take notes! Your spouse will always be there, so appreciate the effort they make, no matter what it may be. Finally, appreciate the gifts in your life, they can be taken away in the blink of an eye.
